Who called me from this phone number (254) 267-9266

Calls and starts asking personal questions. When you don't answer the questions they tell profanities at you for instance to put it in polite terms, "*itch, you're just mad because you want a piece of me and I won't give it to you. Heavy foriegn accent. I blocked them and it still shows up where they're trying to call.
