I did not answer, but when I called back there was an automated recording, "Press 1 if you live in California. Press 2 if you do not." After either selection, it gives the option to press 1 and speak with customer service or press 2 and be placed on the "Do Not Call Registry". When you press 1, it states that all agents are unavailable, but to send any questions via email to "customerservicenow2018@gmail.com"
