Who called me from this phone number (253) 287-3356

This is a pattern of robocalls that has emerged very recently. Timeshare, vacation packages, opportunities, etc. The three calls in rapid succession may be telemarketing strategy to prevent immediate blocking (between calls) and irritate the target enough that they answer the phone.
