Who called me from this phone number (253) 207-1368

I got a text from this number saying Congratulations. Your background check has passed the screening process ????. I said wrong person and they texted again using my name and wanting me to confirm if it was me. That was a red flag and I decided to googling the number. I saw a few complaints about this number as well. Thanks
