They just leave a message for the number to call back on. However, I have also received lately from an 888 number which is the social security recording which is also a scam. I see where some people that have reported this number have said that it was a social security scam.
The recorded message informed me that there was suspicious activity on my social security number and that there is now a lawsuit against me and to call them back.
Left a message and just gave an apartment number which was actually a phone number
