Who called me from this phone number (248) 957-5384

This number had been calling repeatedly all week so I finally called back. They answered the phone and called me by my first name, and said they called me because they said they had checked my medical records and that I was suffering from knee back or something else problems and that’s as far as I got. Told him to take me off of their list and that I was blocking the number.
