Who called me from this phone number (248) 408-4606

I got a text asking me to text them because they were with a client. I asked who it was and they said that I called them but I hadn't. They tried calling me and nobody was on the line so I called back and there was no answer and no voice mail set up. I believe it's some sort of scam.
