Who called me from this phone number (248) 217-8446

I received a call from this number and a guy named, Drake Turner saying he needed to come to the house (verified address) and provide 2 updates on Medicare. Told him I was not interested and hung up. He called back immedicately saying the same thing and wanted to know if I'd be home Monday a.m. or p.m.? Again, told him I wasn't interested. He immediately called back a third time using the number 698-371-6666, I did not answer.
