Complaints about Phone Numbers240-858-####

I keep getting calls from this number saying they have papers to serve me, and that I have been officially notified. Then he, "wishes me luck"

Calls but does not leave a msg

fraud / scammer. Caller ID indicated they were HHS NIH.

I got a call from that number despite me living in germany, dont pick up the phone just to be safe.

Keeps calling but I won't answer it

Called saying a complaint was received about me

Say it is Medical Supply. I don't know who that is or what it is about. I think it is scam.

They called 9:09am PDT on Friday October 20, 2017. My daughter told them our number has been registered on the "Do Not Call" list. They claimed I requested information about weight loss. I am over 85 years old, 102 lbs. When I tried to tell them that was a lie, they hung up on me! Then they had the nerve to try and call me again on 10:45am PDT Monday October 23,2017!
