Who called me from this phone number (240) 580-2802

My cell phone rang and this number, (240) 580-2802, appeared on my cell phone's display as an incoming call........at 5:09 AM! I didn't answer the call and the caller left no voice mail message. This phone number was fraudulently programmed to show as the caller's actual phone number, however, it's a non-working number; I called the number several times and got a fast busy signal, which denotes a disconnected number.
