Who called me from this phone number (240) 542-9510

Received a phone call from (202) 551-4724, caller said I could get a 9k grand without payback, gave a "money approval ID number" and told me to call (240) 542 9510, saying that it was the number for the Treasury Department. Oddly enough she never asked for any personal information, which I was expecting.
