Who called me from this phone number (240) 482-1637

Text from “Eric” from Seneca One. Supposedly he spoke to me in 2017 about helping me raise cash using my lottery. Wanted to speak with mr tomorrow, 12-11-19. I texted him back saying I have never talked with him or Seneca One & to stop harassing me immediately. Blocked the number.
