From April (quite surely not the real name), 'very interested in buying the home' at an address nowhere near me. Not my home, not "oh-I-really-want-that-house-worthy, and I'm not Theodore. But I'm willing to bet that this is a debt collector using false pretenses (aka LYING) to see if this Theodore will rise to the bait. Apparently Theodore had my phone number before me, and I continue to get endless calls from debt collectors for him.
