The representatives at this establishment NEVER give me information I need and the creditor they said I owe (Capital One) says I owe them NOTHING! I called the fraud department and spoke with a manger about this matter.

Had a similar issue. Runs back to some Resolve Care something. Saying I owe money, need to pay now, going to litigation, and so on. When I asked them to send me what info they have they say I am being hostile and hang up. Pretty funny.
