My experience is the same as described in the previous posts. I have received two texts and phone call from this number. "Hi, hope everything is okay. I haven't heard back from you regarding [address]. Please consider me as an option should circumstances happen to change in the future."
I do not answer my phone unless I know the number, but a voice mail was left with a solicitation to purchase my house. This is the second call I have received from "Chris" despite blocking the call. Must be an alternate number for the same thing.
Got a text: "Good Day, I drove past xxx North Pxxx Street, and I believe you own it. We've bought several in this area and I think yours could be perfect. Really want to talk to you about it, when is a good time for you?" Also called and left a recorded voice mail with nearly the same message. Spam robocalling for leads on buying real estate.
