Person called me saying he was with the IRS and threatened an arrest warrant would be issued if I didn't go the nearest CVS or Walgreens and get a $1000 prepay card. Kept calling back.
Person called wife saying he was with the IRS and threatened an arrest warrant would be issued if she didn't go the nearest CVS or Walgreens and get a $1000 prepay card. He said his name was William Martin.
Robocall threatening a warrant if call not returned. No name of who is calling. I did not return call because there is no reason for a warrant to be issued.

At least 5 consumers from California, Illinois, Indiana, Maine, Texas reported phone number 240-206-1407 to the Federal Trade Commission. 100% of complaints reported the call or text message as a robocall or recorded message. The last complaint was on November 20, 2017.

Automated female voice left msg stating something about a warrant will be activated and something about my lawyer. I was caught off-guard b/c I actually do have a legal case pending, but there'd be no reason for a warrant.
