Who called me from this phone number (231) 924-7890

I have received the "decrease your interest rate on your credit card" call from this number MULTIPLE times. I have taken to pressing 1 and then when a person answers, I scream "TAKE OUR NUMBER OFF YOUR LIST!!!!". When I call it back, the phone company says it is a number that is changed or no longer in service. Just don't answer.
