Who called me from this phone number (231) 408-5424

I have been receiving repeated calls from this number and when I block it the calls leave a voice mail every hour. Recorded message states something about Medicare, which does not apply to me at all. Wish that Verizon would prevent blocked callers from leaving messages. Deleted 7 voice mails from this number today that were received the last 2 days.
