Who called me from this phone number (231) 265-3658

These people called me repeatedly, and hung up on me repeatedly when I tried to call them back. When I initially answered they said they were a recovery service looking for my 2009 Dodge Charger, which is not a vehicle I own. It definitely felt like a scam to me, they were asking for money until I told them I have never owned a 2009 Dodge Charger, and asked how they got my number. That’s when they hung up.
