Who called me from this phone number (229) 513-4312

Received over 70 calls from this number within 2 minutes. Recorded message from my 'bank' stating my debit card is locked and press 1 to be immediately connected to agent to unlock. Obvious scam since I don't do business with this 'bank', don't have an account with them and would never, ever call back a robot call.
