Who called me from this phone number (225) 529-2975

I got a call from this number too. It's someone who you can hardly understand and they say they are trying to collect a payment on a delinquent account with Jefferson Capital. They asked me for my name and ss# - I said...I won't give it to you. They tried several more times and then they hung up on me.
