They call every year in January for the past 4 years regarding a past due invoice for advertising service that was supposedly authorized over the phone. however, they are unable to provide the recording of the authorization. I have asked repeatedly over the past 4 years to have an invoice mailed to me showing a detailed description of this supposed service and still nothing. 2 years ago they told me that my account was being turned over to the legal team...my repsonse "Great!" and I gave them my attorneys mailing address, email, fax and phone number.
