Who called me from this phone number (224) 354-2391

In a message that was a minute and a half long caller said absolutely *nothing*! “The company” is going to “take some action” and “you may not like it”. Action “the company” takes “may not be with your consent”. “Call this number…” Seriously? That’s pretty much the message, word for word. Never said who he was or where he was calling from. Clearly scam/phising
