Who called me from this phone number (219) 501-4341

I let it go to voicemail. Robocall, only got last few words but heard: "State of the Art test, press 1 to talk to me or press 9 to be taken off call list"

I have gotten maybe 2 dozen calls from this number leaving a 6 second message something about "to be taken off this list" Never get the full message, but the repeated calls are infuriating!
