Called back multiple times, they said they were calling for Vern Smith each time I called. I finally told them I was Vern Smith, then they started to harass me as if I had not paid a bill. Had a lot of fun giving it back to them.
I received a call asking me for information about myself. When I told them I would not give them any information without knowing who they are, he simply said that is okay, we will keep calling you back.
