Who called me from this phone number (218) 736-9321

This number has been randomly calling us at random times of the day, whether it's in the afternoon or 8:45pm, since at least February. All it says is Fergus Falls, MN. Don't know who it is and they never leave a message. I suspect, it's a number that repeatedly keeps getting spoofed. But I really don't know. We're on the do not call list but we still get occasional scam calls.
