Who called me from this phone number (218) 300-0135

Have received calls from this number for months, never answer numbers I don't recognize, and it has never left a message. Problem is that the call center for my healthcare uses that prefix, so we keep thinking the clinic/doctor is calling for lab results...which doesn't help our health situation at all. Annoying b*stards!
