Called at 11:15 pm via text message. Pornographic pic: jacking-off his penis. This dumbshit really needs to get a life!

Person states he is from the American police officers alliance collecting for retired, fallen or disabled officers. It's a scam, same guy for past year, same voice, reads off from a script. This guy has called from every phone number out there, which I block each time.

I didn't answer and no message left.
