Was gone for 2 hrs. Got home caller ID had 5 calls from this number (218-213-9511 Citi Financial). Right after I got home,phone rang this number again. I answered no one on the other end. I called this number - not in use. BS

Someone at this number keeps calling and harassing me after I told them to stop; they told me not to answer my phone if I didn't want solicitations.
