received a call from Island Vacations about a failure to take a timeshare presentation, and that they were the arbitrator between myself and them. They could not provide me with any info about original purchase and said that if I didn't purchase the package for $798 I would be taken to court for the $998 per person value of the vacation. I tried looking them up but was unable to find that company. I had requested name of the director (James Campese) and the number for their head office (954-933-3518) and when I look that number up it is for Beach Island Vacations in FL. Not sure if this a scam but it sure seems like something is off.

Got a text message from 217-765-5582, it said to claim my free IPAD, then provided a link. DUH as if I'm going to click on a link from an unknown source. I blocked the number and deleted the text.
