Who called me from this phone number (217) 319-3407

Connected to the "specialist". Asked the name of the company and was told Senior Rx. I asked for a call back number and was told they didn't have one but that I could call their toll free number at 866-434-9101 to speak to someone. I then told the person on the phone that I was on the Do Not Call registry. She promptly said thank you and hung up. I searched for both numbers and no legitimate company turned up.

I received a call from this number a couple of minutes ago. I didn't recognise it so I BLOCKED it!
