I also got a call with the same voicemail. I called back and the man said he was Benjamin Alpert. According to LinkedIn, he is based in MD while the phone number is from IL. It sounded like the guy was in a call center. He knew my first name but didn't know anything else (and thankfully I didn't share it).
Got a call and voicemail from 217-279-2507. Pending legal action???
Call when straight to voice mail. Phone does not ring. They are telling me "Call us back. There is a legal case been file on your name. Kindly callus us back so that we can discuss about your legal case and take care of this matter. If we don't hear from you there might be a warrant against you and you might get arrested..."
This is the 2nd time I’ve received a call from this number and each time it goes straight to my voice mail, phone doesn’t even ring. They keep telling me that if I don’t call them back to resolve a legal issue, they will issue a warrant for my arrest.
