Apparently got a call from this number on Monday but didn't see it till Wednesday. Issuing company is "Level 3 Communications?" NOT SURPRISED -- they seem to be behind a LOT of spam calls. Didn't even know where "Rantoul, IL" is, until I looked the number up, which sort of suggests I don't actually know anyone there. Needless to say I'm NOT calling the number back (except MAYBE in the middle of the night playing obnoxious music in retaliation...). In any event, I've blocked the number....
