received a call from 216-716-1383. I've blocked the # but they're still able to somehow to leave a voice message. I'm up to 3 phone calls today and two yesterday 7-25-23 call is about a debit card to add money to.
Some kind of fraud or scam scheme
I got a call from this number and they left me a voicemail. I googled the number and it is somehow associated with a prison telephone company. (You know it is very expensive to talk to inmates because calls have to go through these for-profit systems. Robbery.) Rather than asking for money from me they said I could get a refund from a debit card of mine for money I had not used up. Now this is possible because years ago I knew someone in prison and I did put money in an account that I could draw on which I didn’t use up. Still. It doesn’t feel right to me.
