Got unwanted call from 216-553-0197?

A live person from the USA called from this number today and talked to my Jolly Roger voice mail bot. They suggested they had a medical benefits package and that they needed to verify my address. They proceeded to read out an address apparently associated with my phone number. Smells like a thinly veiled attempt to validate the accuracy of their customer database. Criminal spammers with addresses in addition to phone numbers is quite disturbing.
For about 3wks I have been receiving calls from this number 10-12 a day starting about 8:30 am and ending about 9:30pm. I am on the donotcall.gov and STILL get these calls.
When I answer, no reponse
