Received a call with voicemail stating that I owed money to a payday loan back in 2015 and they were going to garnish my wages and that I was going to be summoned to court if I didn't pay. I never took out a loan from them. I asked for documentation to be sent to me with details showing this and was told they couldn't provide any. The persons name is John Berliner and the number is 216-545-9146. Be cautious.

left a message from a John Berline department of car mediations group going to move forward with wage garnishment and going out to employer. I can contact their legal department at 2165459146. ( they never said what company and I have no car issues.)
called & left vm stating litigations were going to start if I didnt return the call. They constantly call & harrass me. I do not owe anyone any money. Please get these scum bags!
Stated I owned over $ 2,000 for some type of master card I never heard of. Said I needed an attorney. I laughed and hung up.
Collection claims to be mediation and the debt must be paid electronically with a visa or mastercard. Was told go buy a 3 dollar pre paid walmart card. will not agree to send validation and will not give address.
