Who called me from this phone number (216) 518-8911

Claims to be an Insurance Broker in Ft Wayne, IN. Asked why he spoofs a number in Cleveland, he said, he will just take me off his list. Said he has a local office at Great Northern Mall. Regardless, whatever company this is, they have very poor ethics and should not have insurance licenses in Ohio.
