Who called me from this phone number (216) 259-9737

I keep getting the same call from Liberty Power? Andy was the name 8339590935 that was the number he left. When you call they have basic info on you. It’s a foreign scammer call, because “Andy” is the supervisor and they will not answer questions they keep moving through the script. I asked to be placed on their do not call list and he said it’ll take 24hrs. Then the guy kept moving through the script.
