Who called me from this phone number (216) 255-6689

This dumb Mope continues to call & he's some kind of 'Collection Agency' and wants "contact information" for a family member. I tell him I have NO contact info. Now it's become harrassment by this fool & if he calls, I call him back & give him an earful of swear words & "your momma's jokes." Don't put up with Mopes like this.....give it BACK TO THEM. LOL!!!
