Who called me from this phone number (216) 239-4431

Guy asked for Jason, when told he had a wrong number he asked for donation for law enforcement, sounded bogus to me. You never know who or what they really are,so my policy is not to donate and when I donate it's to Salvation Army.They don't pay their top people hundreds of thousands of dollars like so many other charities.
