Who called me from this phone number (216) 230-0816

I answered it thinking it was a local number. I couldn't understand him, I asked him to talk louder. He did, and said "can you hear me now" and I said yes. Then I realized I shouldn't have said yes! Im scared now! He asked for someone I never heard of and he said " I called the wrong number, I'll hang up now " that was it. Should I be paranoid that I said "yes"??
