Very rude, arrogant young man called to speak with owner of business, when I explained he was not available he insisted to speak with ANYONE about PECO bill. Then explained the owner is the ONLY person to discuss such matters with. His attitude got even worse at that point and wanted to know "just when should I call back" so I told him "I guess tomorrow????" and hung up on him. Why do these phone calls continue??? These people need to get a real job and stop scamming!!!!
