Recording, stating it was AT&T and my account suspended for non-payment. I knew my account was fine, so when the male voice answered, (foreign accent and horrible English also), He got extremely hateful when I refused to give him the info he wanted to get into my account to pay my bill. Hateful is a nice word, but the correct words I can't write in a public forum as 2 words were curse words when I refused the 3rd time.
