Asked for the owner by name and said he could help with a situation with the City of Philadelphia (but it wasn't a bad thing). Seemed very casual and would not leave a name, number, or messsage.
A man called asking for the owners name. He said he's calling from the City of Philadelphia about how our company, we're an architecture firm, works with the city. He wouldn't tell which department he worked for or why need the owners name.

Got a call saying he worked for La Salle University
Calls almost every day saying he is works for "Philly Public Schools" trying to get through to my boss. Calls at this point are belligerent and I tell him he is never getting through.
They said they wanted to talk to the CEO regarding UPenn. Did not give any other information. UPenn is huge. What part of UPenn?!!!
I just call saying "I work with the University of Pennsylvania and wanted to invite the marketing director to something upcoming:". I asked what it was and they hung up.
