Has called 30 times since December 11, 2018 through January 11, 2019! No message is ever left and if you return the call it is not answered. I have been on the Texas and National Do Not Call Lists for years and the calls continue. I am very frustrated and aggravated since the number they are calling is a cell phone. I have sent a complaint to the Texas Public Utility Commission already.
