Concentric is the biller for Cigna insurance. It is legit. Making sure medical equipment was received.
Called me saying they were calling from my Florida Insurance Company. When I pressed where they are located, they said Kansas. The phone number is from Levittown, PA - Not Kansas. They kept pushing me for personal identification information. I asked for a phone number to call at my insurance company, to verify that they are legitimate. They said that they don't have one, and kept pushing for that personal identification information, stating that they can't tell me anything about why they are calling until I give them the information they need. When I suggested they are fishing, they hung up on me. SCAM/FISHING!

I don't have Cigna insurance and they wanted my information for Florida Blue to verify who I am before they can give me info. I gave them all false information and they just kept going like I gave them the correct info. THIS IS A SCAM.
