Not Express Scripts BEWWARE

Same info I got, very dangerous that they have any of my info.

Repeated calls over and over. Will not verify personal information on any robocall and I have no prescriptions pending with them

I have rec'd several calls from 215-302-4880 stating it was an Express Scripts Manager regarding important information regarding my benefit plan. I called ES customer service and they directed me to call their fraud hot line. I provided the information from the call and I rec'd an email from them stating the following: Thank you for your online inquiry. I am happy to assist you. I apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you. I have tested the numbers you provided in your voicemail, 1(215)302-4880 and 1(833)764-0786. These numbers connect to the Express Scripts system. The reason for the system to ask for your information, is to make sure that you are connected to the correct department. This also will assist the Patient Care Advocate that you are connected with at the time, will be able to access your account. Again, I apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you. If you would like to speak with someone in Member Services, please call Express Scripts at 1(877)859-0014. Thank you for allowing me to assist. Claimed to be Express Scripts saying they had inportant info for ___________ Called Express Scripts Phone # on our card. They had no record of having called.

I received a call today at my home number (which Express Scripts doesn't have) and this was the message they left .... Apr 15, 2021 Hello this is Express Scripts your pharmacy benefit manager calling for **** ******. We're calling with some important information about your prescription benefits. Please call us back toll free at 1-833-764-0786. Again the number is 1-833-764-0786. Thank you and have a good day. Goodbye. Even though this was the number left on the message, the number actually call from was 215-302-4880. Please beware everyone.

Been calling many times. Called ES they say it is a fraud number

They called last week, and again today claiming to be Express Script asking to verify birthdate. my question is if your are Express, you should have my data. hang up and block the number

215-302-4880 is a scam pretending to be Express Scripts on our called ID. Robo call asked for personal information such as birth date. Hung up and called Express Scripts directly. They never called our number. BEWARE of this number. We blocked this particular number on our phone.

I receive a call every few days but they don't leave a voicemail message.

Shows from Express Scripts, not familiar with this number so hung up after digital voice asked for D.O.B. called them and they do not show anyone from Express Scripts called today.

Scam call using Express Scripts prescription asking for my date of birth to confirm verification.

Just received a call. Never received a call before. Then called Express Scripts directly and was told that yes, clients do receive calls regarding prescription refills. Had customer service remove the phone number and I removed the credit card info

Confirmed it is NOT an Express Scripts number

This number called 4 times in the last hour claiming to be the pharmacy manager from Express Script. Express Script has never before called so knew was probably a scam. My question is how does an unauthorized company/individual know I use Express Script? Have they been hacked or selling contact info since they used my name. Is this a HIPPA violation? Something to ponder.

They keep leaving messages to call Express Scripts at an 833 #. My company's health care plan doesn't use Express Scripts anymore.

They call once a day. Left voice mails. I finally checked the number and blocked them.

215-302-4880 is a scam. It was a robocall claiming to be Express Scripts and gave a call back number. I call Express Scripts directly. They told me they never call me and that both numbers were not theirs. BEWARE.
