Keeps calling asking me to call to give them "important" information" they need.
I got a voice message from 215-302-4564 asking me to call 1-833-764-0470 about important info they needed. It concerned BCBS of TN and they mentioned my name. I called BCBS of TN direct and they said it was a firm they use to collect survey info. I guess they do it for other companies, too. BCBS asked if I wanted to be on their Do Not Call and Do Not Write list and I said Yes. I forgot the name of the firm, but suggest you call your medical group directly to verify any calls you get - including the number I mentioned in case that number transfers to someone else in the future,

I have received multiple calls from this number and another number. BCBS appears on the caller ID. This is not a Blue Cross TN number, and in addition, I have called BCBS TN multiple times and even signed a form to be put on their do-not-call list, but they just keep right on calling. This is harassment of senior citizens!
