Who called me from this phone number (215) 283-5057

Received a call from 215-283-5057 claiming to be a shut-off notice/ collections from PECO. When I questioned the recent payment made they couldn't get off of the phone quick enough. Called PECO directly they indicated that they have received a lot of complaints regarding collection scams.
