Who called me from this phone number (215) 258-8128

Calling repeatedly all day. Never leaves a message and if I pick up they hang up the phone.

Calls three or four times a day and this has gone on for weeks. Never leaves a message. I pick the receiver up and there is silence. Can't Verizon or the FCC do something about this?
